| More information | Crosstraining gym Sunset TL is situated in the facilities of sport and martial arts center LIIKE. Crosstraining develops all aspects of your physical condition: power, cardio, mobility… The class starts with technique and strength training, and after that follows a high intensity training which is guaranteed to make you sweat. Bring indoor sport clothes and shoes, water bottle and a small sweat towel |
